Placing an Order and Payment Methods
How do I place an order?
To place an order, you will need to register with us. Simply click on ‘Register’ on the right hand side of the Home Page, and follow the steps through the registration process.
Once you have done that, click on ‘Add To Cart’ for the products you want to purchase, and when you are ready ‘Proceed to Checkout’. From here you will be told the next steps to take. It’s really very, very simple.
What Payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Pay pal (which takes most major credit cards).
I have placed my order – what happens now?
Following the placement of your order, you will receive an email confirming what you have ordered. Once your order and payment have been received, your order will be sent to our warehouse for selection and packaging. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched, which is usually the same or next working day.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Delivery is usually between 1-5 working days.
Oops – I have changed my mind, can I change my order?
If you contact us prior to your order being sent out, we can edit your order for you.
Can you gift wrap this for me, put on a card and a message, and send it to someone special?
Certainly! When you are proceeding through checkout, simply select the gift-wrap option. We have a selection of wrapping papers you can choose from, and you can select simply gift wrapping, with a small gift-tag (with enough space to write – To Mum, from me xx ), or gift wrapping plus a gift card (for those, ehem, well, how do we put this politely? long-winded messages).
Invoices and pricing are not included in these parcels, and the gift is generally bubble-wrapped, then gift-wrapped and the put in the courier satchel/or wrapped in white paper for delivery.
There is an extra gift-wrapping charge for this, and pricing pops up when you select this at checkout.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Warranties
I am not really happy with my order – what do I do?
We will bend over backwards to keep our customers happy! If you are not happy with your purchase, take advantage of our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. No questions asked. Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and send back your product to us in original condition and packaging for a full refund (less any postage costs).
The best packaging to use for sending back your products is what it arrived in. You are responsible for packaging it well for its return trip, and for it not being damaged due to poor packaging. Please ensure you include your original invoice, and order number with your return, as we will not be able to process the return without these documents. We do not cover postage costs for this. We suggest that you keep a receipt or tracking number of the parcel you send back to us (in case you need to chase up with your delivery company), as we will not be able to refund or exchange until we have received the return.
What is your policy of refund, warranties or exchange of products?
We have a 30-day warranty on our products, unless otherwise stated. We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase provided you email us within 7 days of receiving it, and return it to us in its original packaging and condition immediately.
