"Fabulous as I knew it would be"

I've followed Nagi's site for years and made soooo many of her recipes- all without fail, so I was incredibly excited with the release of this book- which also hasn't let me down. Nagi and her team have produced an aesthetically pleasing and easy to follow masterpiece…you won't be disappointed.

Her recipes are all incredible and all work. Our copy is now well thumbed and we cook 4 or 5 of our recipes each week from this kitchen bible.

"The Best Cookbook You Will Buy"
5 stars"

If you are looking for a seriously great book of recipes, this is it! There an incredibly diverse range of recipes, from burritos to wonton soup. All the recipes are beautifully photographed and the directions are clear, with helpful tips and alternatives along the way.

"A stunning tour de force"

Written by a lady who loves life, loves food, loves cooking, loves her family and loves her dog Dozer (who shares my lack of interest in kale). A beautifully designed and presented cookbook and work of art, filled with approachable, mouth-watering recipes – most of which are stunningly photographed. The recipes are stunning, the glossary/ingredients is well presented, and the whole book is a joyful experience. Never lend this book to anyone – it will not be returned.

"Any recipe by Nagi is a winner"

I'm not normally the type to use cookbooks as they're usually too particular. More often than not, I just google a recipe, which is how I found Nagi, and how I wound up with this book. All her recipes are so user friendly, and she's not trying to be professional – reading this book is like having a friend talk you through a recipe, with lots of little hints and personal preferences that make them seem fun, and not clinical like other books. As long as you have a decently stocked pantry, most of the recipes won't require an extra trip to the supermarket for that one random ingredient. And the few ingredients you may not have at first (e.g. Rice wine) are used quite often throughout the book, so it won't be as if you're buying it for a single use. 10/10.
