Smart Automatic Pet Feeder 6-Grid (180ml) reviews

Is working well to space out meals for my fat cat who is no longer spitting up cookie rolls after ramming one too many cookies down his throat. Will be reducing the snack portions until Fat Harry is fat no more.

This product worked exactly as described. We have a hungry shirt haired cat and Jack Russell dog. Both are fed one main meal and one snack per day. We were able to test this out prior to going into hospital to have my baby and both animals took to it no problem. Once we went in for 3 days, the animals were fed exactly when we would normally feed them anyway. They would be somewhere lounging in the house and would hear the feeder turn. Only used dry food for this though. Certainly wouldn’t use wet food.

Disappointed that it mentions being able to have an ice pack under the tray to keep wet food chilled but there is no room for even the smallest one we could find. It's the only reason we went for this one over others

My cat was afraid of it at the start of use but now she loves it , great for when your not around the house.

The feeder's great for casual, everyday, light use where you might have long hours at work/out of home. The bowls themselves might be uncomfortable for some pets, as the bowl is quite deep and food gets stuck in the corners. The feeding programme is okay, but is quite old-tech with only 3 buttons (Tamagotchi vibes) – setting feeding times can be tedious and takes longer than expected. The packaging also says that the feeder works with an app via Wi-Fi but this is not true. Otherwise, it's reliable and would recommend for people out of the home at inconsistent times, or for scheduling your pet's breakfast so they don't wake you up too early!
