Megan Hunt is ex neurosurgeon who had a car accident and could no longer operate. She is a strong character who arrogance can get her in trouble but 99% of the time it's fab! She's right and she knows it!
Its great how the science becomes more linked with the crime solving and even though its a tv show its still very respectful to the dead and definitely not too bloody!
I was disappointed there was only 13 episodes in the session but it is definitely worth a watch!
The series revolves around Dr. Megan Hunt, a medical examiner. The show focuses on Hunt's efforts to balance the demands of her professional life, dealing with solving cases and analyzing bodies, with her personal life, trying to reconnect with her estranged daughter. Hunt was a top-flight neurosurgon, until she had a life-changing automobile accident and then accidentally killed a patient on the operating table. This resulted in her resignation, and retirement from the profession altogether.
