Very thick and robust seat cushion that will not bottom out, no matter how long or what angle you sit at. controls are simple and reliable. chair is very sturdy and comfortable. Even good quality rollers that don't snag on carpet. Customer service from Chair Solutions is beyond excellent, and will answer questions for you that you didn't even know to ask! Highly recommended.
