Ordered and delvered well within estimated time. It did require the back support to be slid into place, check the spring clip has engaged to hold it in place. You sit high but the seat is firm and the recliner easy to operate. Great value for money.

Works well but it is not that comfy. The chair is rather hard and you cannot sit on it for too long without getting sore.
