Since our Smoked Cocktail Set is purpose-built, it’s more efficient than DIY alternatives, but each component fits right into your home bar kit.
Included in this kit:
- 1 Glass smoking stand
- 1 Glass infuser carafe
- 1 silicone stopper
- 20 smoking pellets
How does it work?
- Place glass stand on a stable flat surface.
- Place wood pellet in glass stand.
- Light pellet. For new pellets, let burn for 30 seconds.
- Blow out pellet and quickly place carafe upside down on top of the glass stand to collect smoke.
- Collect smoke for ~1 minute. Lift carafe off of glass stand and then use the silicone stopper to trap smoke.
- Prepare cocktail ingredients separately.
- Once cocktail ingredients are ready, remove silicone stopper and pour your cocktail into the carafe.
- Place the silicone stopper back onto the carafe and swirl carafe for 30 seconds to 1 minute to infuse the liquid with smoke. Swirl longer for a smokier infusion.
- Remove silicone stopper and pour your cocktail into your favorite glass and enjoy!
